Very rude person who yells at the customer; extremely unprofessional.
I went with my husband to drop off his truck this morning Sunday, May 18th like he was told by a man over the phone and when we dropped it off my husband had called to let the owner know that it was left on his lot. When the owner answers the phone he was SOOOOO rude, telling him not to call on his weekend, asking him if he had any clue what day it was, and stating that he didn't need to be calling him on his days off. Had a problem with my car that another mechanic couldn't figure out. Jay got it in, immediately diagnosed it, and fixed it. Problem solved. Will definitely be taking my vehicles here in the future!
