I had to change my review after seeing the changes in this place over the last year. Over the last few months, Jay has been double and triple booking herself, which leads to appointment times being changed, inconveniencing the customer. She's always short staffed, you spend 8 hours plus in the chair trying to get your hair done and she's now charging deposit fees, which makes no sense, since she always ends up changing your appointment time anyway. What great hospitality, close knit and efficient. Very lite handed because I’m extremely tender headed. Jay & Amy are the best. I have daughters so we will all be loyal customers from this point on.
Yes these ladies are absolutely great and do an excellent job! We always hve great conversations to get thru the time! Prices are reasonable! And it last a long time! I absolutely love Jay thats my girl! Keep up the good work and thank u for your services 💯👏🏾💐🔥
