They were friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to make sure I understood and knew how to use and maintain my new furnace and AC. We had to move a garden to accomodate the AC unit and they completed all that they could to prepare for the AC and returned once we got the garden bed out of the way so they could finish installation.

Our water pump failed and needed replacement. Jaynes understood the urgency and accommodated us very quickly. The gentleman who came out was highly knowledgeable, and had all the necessary tools, materials, and skills to diagnose and replace the pump efficiently. They also followed up later to make adjustments and clean the tap screens to ensure proper water flow.
