Mark did an awesome job cleaning up our ducts. They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We live in a very old home, and they definitely had they work cut out. I would definitely recommend 1J Air Duct Cleaning Service for everyone to have done in their home every few years.
Horrible answering service/scheduling. Repeatedly dropped calls poor connections blamed on bad weather. Scheduled an appointment, got a call they were changing it to a date and time we were not available; rescheduled and got a call 45 minutes before scheduled appointment that they were rescheduling for the date and time we couldn’t do, then told they won’t have a technician available for another couple of weeks Wish we could support local small businesses but if we can’t reach the service people we won’t continue to waste ou... read more
Tom was awesome. Super friendly and let me follow along with him on everything he checked. Educated me along the way and got my house AC back on track within an hour. Al Jaynes has been our furnace guy for a long time and keeps our heat and hot water coming through every year. Since our system is older I believe his knowledge and experience is why it still works after so many years. I would recommend him to anyone. His good sense of humor and pleasant, polite demeanor while in our home is just an added bonus. He's a professional.
