A lot of heel dragging and making me feel like I was in the wrong, not so helpful in navigating the issue. Always looking for a way to get out of paying cost. Plus a big deductible.

After a complete Car write off, Allstate made the whole process seamless. From Car rental to the completed claim, it was easy and it's always nice to know you have an agent to call with questions too. That makes a huge difference. Nice job !!
The employees are very professional and helpful. Michele went above and beyond helping us with our homeowners insurance. A true pleasure to do business with and would highly recommend.
