She is a fantastic Dr. She really listens and is willing to give me the chance to fix things if possible before pushing medicines. She also was able to help me get my BP under control when other drs hadn’t.
Dr. Shepherd was very thorough, attentive to my concerns, and showed compassion and kindness.
Dr. Shepherd was the worst Physician I've been seen by at this Integris location. She was terrible in every sense. She did not take time to ask questions, review previous health or current symptoms, she did not listen, she was borderline rude and Very condescending. I left feeling belittled and unimportant. She is Very lacking in de-escalating a person's concerns or reassuring them she is informed and making a sound judgement for care. She acts very dismissive and hurried, as if she can't be bothered. Never never never. She is a hypocrite. Wants to push vaccinations on me and my family but I get shingles that was caused by a vaccination and she refuses to give me anxiety medication that probably caused the shingles outbreak.
