In my life of various procedures and surgeries Dr Dowdall has probably the most empathetic and compassionate demeanor of any medical surgeon I’ve been exposed to. Everyone on her staff have been more than friendly and helpful by making sure I am informed of everything. I will always recommend her for anything ENT Related. And she and her team are mine for good
Dr. Dowdall explained what was going on with my voice and made me feel hopeful there were good options moving forward. Recommendations were followed up on even before I left their office (though those referrals have yet to call me to schedule appointments) I'd highly recommend Dr Dowdall.
