Did emergency intestinal surgery on a family member...with stoma for colostomy bag...insicion has separated and is too close to the stoma...colostomy bag sticks to wound and if it leaks runs right into open wound..its oozing pus and stinks! But was told it wasn't infected and would not prescribe antibiotics...took all the stitches and staples out what was left holding any tissues..was told to go to wound care.. Healthcare has went down hill and common sense us non existent..you are better off going to a veterinarian!
She came in examining room looking very unprofessional. Then diagnosed without an examination. She then said I had came in on a non procedure day and did I expect her to do a procedure. She was more concerned about the price of the procedure than anything. Even getting me an estimate of the cost before a diagnosis.
