Just heartbroken :( Here's a summary: 1. Sandi and Rachel in sales in Summerwood were top notch! 2. Alison at Style Magic, during the design phase was perfect! 3.This was going to be our 2nd build with Jayman, and we wanted to make sure we had the things that were important to us in this new build. I will never...never.... built a house again with Jayman!!! There show homes are good but when they built your house is disasters,lots of issue!!!
I will never build with Jayman again. My experience has been terrible. My house has fallen apart, and they did not follow through on their commitment to fix the problems. The superintendent promised that the issues would be addressed, but I never heard from him again. I sent several emails, but they were ignored. When I finally went to their office to speak with someone, I was informed that the superintendent no longer worked there, and my concerns had been overlooked because they had finished building in our area and moved ... read more

The worst builder i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with as they never took any serious. The house is not even five years old i had all the corners of the drywall cracked, floor was never leved properly just put a little selfleveling concrete but nut to much cause its expensive. My hrv was hooked up backwords and after 5 or six times of telling jayman its not working properly they kept sending the same guy who said it was working fine.
