Update June 2026: We took possession almost 4 months ago and our driveway and grading have not been completed and they are not answering our emails with regards to when it will be done. Our lot is a complete mess with garbage from construction, nails sticking out of the ground, and the rough grading isn't even being done! It’s kind of poor customer service ! Just asked a question it seems already annoying her . All she answered back I don’t know . If you work at the design central you should know about the price when clients asked . And I hate that she gave me a dirty look , you shouldn’t work customer service when you are not a friendly person . ( especially design central) ! It seems like she is sick of her job .

Can we please address Patty's arrogance. Definitely have a bit of an attitude problem here! Overall our experience with Jayman has been I mean okay, not the best but okay... But this was a bit of a surprise.... I will GLADLY update or remove this review if I know that she gets some training and gets downgraded a notch.... Its arrogance like this that makes people simply walk away.
