I wish I could give zero stars for our experience with Jayman and especially with Lawrence. From the very beginning, our interaction with Lawrence was deeply disappointing. During our initial in person meeting, he was condescending and arrogant—not only toward my family and me, but also toward our realtor. If you’re considering Jayman Built, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. We’ve lived in our home for just over a year and the experience has been frustrating from day one. Red flags started during the sales process. The manager we dealt with (now gone) showed no interest in understanding our needs or helping us make informed decisions. I had an amazing experience from the moment I interacted with the sales team all the way to the design center. However, once we took possession of our new home, it became increasingly difficult to get responses or address significant issues. It wasn't until someone was injured on our front steps that they finally came to assess the situation, yet the problem persists and the steps are sinking again. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jayman BUILT due to their negligence. I was parked in front of a show home, across from a construction bin that Jayman was using to dispose of materials while repairing their show home after a hailstorm. Their trades overfilled the bin, and strong winds caused a large piece of metal (fascia/soffit/gutter material) to fly out and damage my vehicle. I even saw someone pick up a the piece and toss it back into the bin before leaving—clearly indicating a hazard that was ignored. I... read more
