I purchased a Brady townhouse in Seton in July 2025, with possession in August for $504,900. Within two weeks of signing, the price dropped by about $9,000 on exactly same other units—before I even took possession. I requested a price adjustment after this first drop, but my concerns were ignored. Jayman started out in cornerstone community with high base prices and heavy premiums, pushing the market up with an over-hyped approach.
