Worst customer service. Annoying people to work with.
My review keeps disappearing but I’ll keep posting. I wish I could give zero stars for our experience with Jayman and especially with Lawrence. From the very beginning, our interaction with Lawrence was deeply disappointing. During our initial in person meeting, he was condescending and arrogant—not only toward my family and me, but also toward our realtor. If you’re considering Jayman Built, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. We’ve lived in our home for just over a year and the experience has been frustrating from day one. Red flags started during the sales process. The manager we dealt with (now gone) showed no interest in understanding our needs or helping us make informed decisions.
