Bought a car in march of 2022, the first week of having the car it broke down, with a pretty big repair. Within that month it broke down again. Fuel wasn’t getting through and repairs costed me more than 2 grand. After those months I have been getting more and more issues coming up. Now the car is letting go after not even a year of having it, very disappointing to be receiving a lemon car with more repairs that cost more than the cars value now.
Hands down the best customer service i have ever had. Dana went above and beyond to get me a great deal. Made me feel like family. Thank you so very much!
I purchased a kia sorento through Dana here a few weeks ago. I found Dana to have great customer service skills. He was able to take 400 dollars off the price (without me feeling pressured to haggle). I found the prices (for my vehicle and others) priced under market value.
