previous customer - with no previous problem - called with leaking pipe issue spoke to a live person who took info - never received a call back after a day I went else where got immediate service to fix interior leak
Todd did a great job ,went over what he was going to do and the quote was in my price range and also got an estimate for another job in the future Highly recommend
I bought a water heater from Home Depot and I contacted Jaykom, they came and did the install. At first there appeared to be a problem but after calling them back the owner himself came by and worked on the issue. He was able to address the problem. After about a week the water heater was not working as it should’ve and again I notified Jaykom and the owner again came by and he found that the issue was with the heater itself.
