I went on the website this morning and booked two appointments, however the website linked here booked me at Premier Barber Lounge. When I called Jays to clarify the location of where I need to go for the appointment, the number is not accepting calls/in service. Very confusing and don’t want to waste my time so I’m cancelling everything. Please ensure the website is accurate and that all services are in working order for bookings.
Their business hours (both online, and in person) say 10AM-7PM Mon-Sat. I called three separate times to book an appointment but never got an answer. I stopped by in person around 12:00 PM the same day, only to find the lights off and the doors locked. It appeared the business was closed despite being scheduled to be open.
Two time I visited and being told we are busy, just show up tomorrow morning will take care of you. I ask if I can book appointment right now ? The guy said no just walk in tomorrow . Next day same story and the guy who told me was not even working. So basically they just don’t give a dam about customers. There is hell lots of good barbers around here why need to waste time with them.
