I don't like giving a negative review, but this really bothers me. I went in the store looking to buy 4 appliances. I wanted an estimate. I was met with a cold and unfriendly attitude. I did get an estimate but all it has on it is a description (Amana Washer) and an amount. I called a week later for more information and was told he would get back to me, there were 4 customers in the store and he needed my phone number. I gave it to him and he hung up.
