Like another reviewer here I had a dismal experience with Jayhawk Consultants and Larry Newcomb. He mis-measured a septic tank which caused his plans with the county to be denied during the middle of our project unless we made a $25,000 modification. Overall his plans took a year to come to fruition and cost us over $125,000 for a single family home. Thats highway robbery in my opinion, all while claiming to be an expert. Payed for a septic layout and engineering plan 3 months ago and still have not received plans. Owner gives me the run around every time I call him.
