I’ve been going to Jayfit for one year now and everything about it has been life changing. Although I have had a slow a Start due to my personal reasons, Janett has been there continuously to motivate me and push me to my limits. It is such a great gym because it is also a women’s only gym where we can all be comfortable and not feel judged, especially by all the women that are there because we are a community. I found Jayfit through a co-worker. I decided to join late November 2023, and it’s the best decision I could have made! She’s amazing and makes you feel welcomed! I enjoy attending all her classes, I actually don’t ever want to miss! I highly recommend her.
