Look, I gotta be honest. I'm rating Jayfit five stars but I'm rating myself bout a two right now cause I been slipping. When I first found Jayfit over there on Rosecrans in Paramount, I was going consistent. Women's only studio, which was everything for me. I ain't wanna be in nobody big box gym with dudes staring while I'm tryna squat. Jay create a space where it's just us, real women, all shapes, all ages, all coming to get right. I’ve been going to Jayfit for one year now and everything about it has been life changing. Although I have had a slow a Start due to my personal reasons, Janett has been there continuously to motivate me and push me to my limits. It is such a great gym because it is also a women’s only gym where we can all be comfortable and not feel judged, especially by all the women that are there because we are a community. I found Jayfit through a co-worker. I decided to join late November 2023, and it’s the best decision I could have made! She’s amazing and makes you feel welcomed! I enjoy attending all her classes, I actually don’t ever want to miss! I highly recommend her.
