I really like the fact that Dr. Patel and the entire staff actually care about you and the service they are providing. Not to mention the care Dr. Patel takes in explaining My medical issues, never rushed and always patient to ensure I fully understood his instructions.
I went for my annual visit and got stuck in traffic which exceeded the grace period for my appointment. When I called to let them know, they were very understanding and agreed to still see me. Upon my arrival, the receptionist was very pleasant, friendly, yet professional and kind. My wait time to be seen was brief. The nurse was pleasant, polite, professional, kind and accurate.
