Job was done to completion, which was appreciated, 0 communication as I had to always follow up, the parts that I was waiting on was sitting there with no phone call to let me know they where in.
New to Jayell Ford, had my Territory in for timing belt replacements as well as water pump, had the pleasure of dealing with Jake in the service department he quoted a price prior to the work being done and explained what was involved in the service, completed the work on time and cost wasxasbper the quote, nice touch by washing the car prior to pick up, will return and highly recommend , good service is well and truely alive.
We have always received great service at Jayell Ford, fantastic team of people to deal with, genuinely a pleasure to deal with. The added bonus of having access to new vehicles they have as loan cars is also a great service.
