45,000km Service on 2023 Everest. Was able to schedule a service in reasonable time frame, not 5 weeks out like my local dealer. Very happy with quality of service and staff, very helpful and appreciated my business.
Went to go look at 2 cars, partner had told them the day prior. I wondered around looking at both vechicals for about 20 minutes. No one came out. As soon as my partner arrived someone was out straight away. Basically lost my business right then and there. 1st car was filthy dirty has not even been attempted to be cleaned. Scuffs scrapes food dirt hole in seat you name it. Photos from another vechical were shared over 2 different listing's. So many things are off or dodgie I wouldn't even bother again.
Went to Jayell ford Kyabram with a simple problem with our towing plug to be told that is fine we can fit in Monday and replace the plug and wires quoted a price simple. 5 weeks later after a lot of phone calls and getting stuffed around , l picked up my car after 11 trips over and back to be told l need a auto electrician The staff ( Connie) on reception is amazing and I felt so sorry for her , the crew who are employed to fix and service cars néed to go back to school and learn to do what l asked for , by the way my back d... read more
