I booked weeks in advance for a cut & blow dry and was called on the morning of my Friday appointment (approx 2 hours before) letting me know the stylist allocated to me was sick so they would have to cancel, and could I come in the next day instead. I was on a flight that afternoon (which is the reason I wanted my hair done before the holiday), so couldn’t come in the next day. Booked two weeks in advance, got called and spoke to the hairdresser 1 hr before my appointment telling me that they can’t do everything I had booked for , so I cancelled on the phone . Got charged for a no show and when I asked for my money back I was told I was a liar, and that I never cancelled! I explained you wouldn’t go to a make up artist and get half your face done , you would think that they would look at the booking before hand and realise that they didn’t have time well ahead not on that day !
