initial service was good (simple toilet & sink installs). not blaming, but right after, one of my rooms flooded with water slowly for some reason and I noticed it after a few days. they did send someone back quickly to fix it which I appreciate. I do think it was accidentally caused by them, so I asked for a lower final bill and they just gave me $150ish off and I still missed a day of my own work and had to put my vinyl planks and trim back in. Jesse came by first thing on a stat day to fix my a/c during this heat wave. He diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately, ensuring to check the entire system and give me some information. Very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I'd be happy to work with Jaydens when its time to replace the old unit.
Absolutely the best service around. The quality of workmanship is second to none! Nobody can complain when the price is so great and the quality of the work is at the highest level.
These guys are wild. 3 visits to the house at the coldest time of the year to NOT fix the furnace issue and then sent me invoices totalling $1274.08. Your inability to diagnose or fix the problem shouldn't result in repeat visits and charges (including service charges). Had to follow-up when they were no-shows for initial scheduled appointment when it was -20 out. Then they scheduled and authorized themselves to come back for a plumbing repair they noticed (that did get fixed correctly!)
Can't say enough about this company... highly recommend them to anyone... did a great job on my new gas furnace... Now almost 9 months later we've never been warmer in 20 yrs that we lived here,and the savings in heating more than half what we used to pay.... we're so glad we had Jayden mechanical install our new Lennox furnace... These guys are the best around, never been treated so good 👍 👍
