We had a problem with our air-conditioning unit and as we had used Jaydee Air previously we contacted them for help - Steve came out the same day and fixed the problem there and then - what great service and very affordable - no more leaks - Steve found the problem and saved the day (and our ceiling) We certainly think Jaydee Air deserve 5 stars out of 5 - Don and Diane
We had a problem with our old ducted aircon during the recent hot weather - Steve from Jaydeeair found the problem and fixed it - they certainly know airconditioners. Jaydeeair is a family operated business offering friendly, efficient and prompt service - will certainly be using them for any future problems and/or installation of a replacement system when needed - would highly recommend them - Don and Diane
Had them “fix” our evap air con a year ago after error message came up. Same error message came up a year to the day, so called to get it fixed again, and he advised wouldn’t be able to attend until almost a week later. When I was hesitant, he said he would fit me in two days later... then never showed and heard nothing to book in another date. Turns out, after I got someone else in, he didn’t do the job I paid him for last year. The part that was causing the error message hadn’t been replaced in years.
0 stars - Unprofessional, no responses from any calls, emails or texts. Have followed up multiple times for weeks with no response whatsoever. Did a bad job and won't take responsibility. UPDATE: Rude follow up email to this review. Still did not take responsibility and then never replied again to any correspondence.
Don't bother with the big businesses...these guys nailed the ongoing problems that neither the original installers, seller or the brand techs could diagnose for my rc ducted aircon unit! JaydeeAir are knowledgeable, don't BS, clean up after their work and really good value. Wish I had waited for them to be available to install my unit in the first place...might have saved myself several years of dealing with an under performing unit and an aircon mob big on advertising but small on post sales service.
