Hello is anybody there? I’ve tried calling multiple times and text the number like the voicemail says and I still have not gotten an answer back. It says you’re open. Finally received a response AFTER hours of course and apparently their phone system filters calls and sends some to spam 🤣 yea ok! Just be honest. After they replied with a semi decent response saying they could help me, they came back saying they couldn’t help me and I’m sure it’s because I said it would have been nice to get a response during walk in hours. ... read more
Jayded Jewelry has excellent customer service! I was able to schedule an appt last minute and they were able to get me in and out. Marianna fixed and readjusted my bracelet in literally under 5 minutes and was so patient and kind. Highly recommend them!

Janet has now provided me a total of 5 piercings and she does a phenomenal job every time. Her studio is very clean! I appreciate the time she takes to make sure I love the final outcome before I leave her studio.
