I used to have this salon rated as a 5. However, as of yesterday all of that changed.I was harassed via text messaging by the owner for missing an apt. I was sworn at, told I was useless and other vile things that should never be said to anyone, let alone a customer. If i said even one of the horrible things that was said to me by THE OWNER, I would surely be fired. After be a loyal customer for more than a year, I will no longer be going to this Jayde Tree salon due to their new inexperienced workers as well as the unprofessional environment and behavior of the manager. Unprofessional and then manipulative afterward.
