I booked what was advertised as a full service special that included a shampoo. After paying the nonrefundable deposit, I was informed at the last minute that the shampoo would not be provided because the stylist was relocating. Her work might look nice, but the way she handles business is honestly trash. The attitude is bad, the professionalism is nowhere to be found, and everything comes off money-hungry. She doesn’t honor what’s booked and refuses refunds even when she isn’t willing or able to do the full service. And I’m not the only one who’s noticed other people have complained about the same thing, so it’s clearly a pattern. If I could give a 0 star.. I would!

Not professional at all. Seems like shes money hungry and has no integrity with her work. Would stay away. And you right it wasn't me, my wife booked you and you canceled, excuse me in your words rescheduled the visits. Same thing lady. Why would you screw over a good client you could've built a good business relationship with. Seems like you in a sprint, not a marathon race to run up as much as possible. Seems to me your an incompetent business women. Could be wrong. But facts are there.

I found Jayde while searching for a new natural hair stylist after moving to this area. I appreciated how organized Jayde’s website is and how she took time to ask questions during my consultation. I showed Jayde the color I wanted and she delivered! I have locs and was nervous about coloring them, but she educated me through proper care and a moisturizing routine. She was helpful and attentive through the whole appointment, and the final result is bomb!
