Love that they have a fridge with local farmers products. Loved their cream. The eyeshadow I bought didn’t really turn out like I had expected and the nail polish chips but it’s kind they sometimes give soap or other product samples.
Store hours are not convenient at all, I finally made it in on Saturday May 2 at 3:45 only to be greeted by "we are closing in 10 minutes" ingredients are not listed on the labels and I have no idea what is in the product. Also, I am not sure they understand that "fragrant oils" are not essential oils. Fragrant oils are similar to perfume and give sensitive people a headache. Doesn't matter, I am sticking with Rocky Mountain Soap products made in Alberta, with a fantastic return policy.
Today I went in to the Hyde Park location, and had an amazing customer service experience with the most infectious personality Lindsey. She was very personable and a joy to shop with. I love the product here, and now I also have a wonderful sales woman to go and see on my next shopping day at Jaydancin. Lori Boudreau
I love this business and I love shopping local. The employees and owner are super friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that the beauty products are natural and made in house. Plus the prices are very reasonable for high end beauty products.
