We called upon Jayco Townsville to carry out warranty work on a Campervan we purchased 2nd hand In Brisbane. The issues were all with third party items, awning, electrical charge circuit, fridge. These were all attended to expertly and rectified. Their service/warranty team were at all times courteous, and very thorough. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership 100%.
Went all over Townsville looking for a new Camec door after being ripped off by a passing truck. Finally got one at Jayco (they had one as an order for another customer). He kindly let them give it to us. The Girls in the spare parts office went out of their way to help. Thankyou so much girls it was extremely appreciated.
Would highly recommend Jayco Townsville. We had a water pump issue. They managed to get us in as they are booked out till next year. Staff, super friendly and helpful. The technician who fixed water pump explained everything and what he had to do, fantastic service. Andrew Baines
We came to Townsville in a camper trailer and spontaneously bought a new caravan. Steve was amazing to deal with. No sales pressure - just let us explore and come to him. Once we asked for help, he went above and beyond. We travel with a man with cerebral palsy who wanted to sleep on a top bunk but couldn’t use the ladder in the Journey Outback but could in a StarCraft. Tracking down a part for our Fiamma awning was proving problematic until I contacted Kylie from Jayco Townsville . She found the part, sent me a photo to confirm it was the part I needed and agreed to hold it for me until we were got to Townsville on our travels later today. Thanks Kylie.
