6 star service. From the 1st call with Johnathon to getting there today..a day early.. Johnno had organised for Jye to sort me out Saturday, they made the time to sort me today.. I'm extremely happy. Old school service. Thank you Jonathan & Jye for a great experience..I'm sure the hand over will be a breeze. Can not recommend these guys highly enough. Best sales experience in a long time.
We bought our first caravan from Jayco Newcastle in 2010, we were so impressed with them we bought a new Silverline from them 4 years ago. The customer service and after sales service at Jayco Newcastle is outstanding and we are so happy that we bought both caravans from them. They really look after their customers and nothing’s too much trouble for them. The people working that are so helpful and pleasant and can’t do enough to help. Four times a year they take their customers on Customer Appreciation weekend away.
I bought a jayco silverline brand new from the 2025 Newcastle show. After having a few minor problems Jaycos professional team were onto it straight. The problem's were fix and I couldn't be happier. All the girls, particularly Joanne in the service department were so helpful and very professional in keeping me up to date. I would definitely recommend buying an RV from them. In my opinion the Jayco Silverline caravan is the best caravan I have ever owned. Good job to the Jayco team.

My husband recently died and I need to sell my 2017 Jayco Silverline as I am unable to tow it. As I’ve moved homes my caravan had to be towed from the country town I lived in. During the move the windscreen of the Caravan shattered. I called Jayco Newcastle and was connected to a wonderful young lady Sarah Beeton. Sarah helped me so much. Arranging a new windscreen and time for it to be fitted. Knowing that I have no towing vehicle she was in constant touch with me as I arranged for someone to tow it for me.
