The buiding isn't bad but the builders installed the walk through door incorrectly and when they "fixed it" they made it worse. They didnt even put the screws in to hold in the door fram in so it it literally just balancing in the opening. We have been calling for almost 2 months and the salesman/owner of Jayco won't answer calls to get it fixed properly. Yes, we can fix it ourselves, but that isn't what we paid for.
Would have had no complaints but they won't respond to fix their problem and that's why I'm leaving a horrible review. Ordered a 20 x 20 garage for my home in Mullin, TX and the installers forgot a part for one of the rollup doors. Promised they'd be back 2 to 3 days later w part and install it and begged for the check like the installers would be in trouble if they didn't get the payment to them. Jay, the owner, is very knowledgeable, fast to respond, and has a great sense of humor. JAYCO's products are high quality. You will not get the runaround like you will with other businesses. 5 stars all around!
