Jayco Mackay Team have always shown a professional attitude and always willing to help in any way. We recently had an (a/c power) issue with all the inside points of our 48V adventurer and Rob (service manager)asked if I could bring the caravan in for a quick look and hopefully get us back on track as soon as possible. Great service from the young bloke in spare parts, he knows what he is talking about. Five Stars
We are travelling from Townsville and found out our water pump was not working on our All Terrain Van. We stopped in at Jayco Mackay to see if they could help us? The staff could not have been more helpful. Aiden found the fault and we needed a new pump which he changed for us straight away. Within about an hour of arriving with the van fixed ready to continue on our journey. Shannon was also very helpful and all the staff were really friendly! Can’t thank them enough☺️

We are now looking forward to being able to tour the coast finally. You took on this job when others would not.
