Rude, useless and disrespectful customer service. Don't bother if you have a problem you’re trying to solve, you definitely won’t get anywhere. To them, they are right and you are wrong. I hope the class action against them benefits the people fighting them and Jayco loses millions
Purchased Brand new Conquest motor home. Poor quality service. Left yard with rear clearance light at rear not working, tv antenna not working, solar panels installed with non Australian Stardards connectors. Solar cables connected with normal power cable connectors and not correct mc4 connectors. 50 years in business should have act together by now.
Hi this is Jacky wilcox I contacted you today and was just letting you know that Caravanland has had our Motorhome for 3 weeks and have done none of the warranty work. They are bringing it back to us tomorrow and we still wouldn't have a step if i hadn't said we haven't had a working step since sep and we need it to work .This is the second time we have put it in for warranty work and nothing has been done. Don't ring to inqure about the make of an accessory factory fitted to your vehicle - you will get fobbed off. .
Bought a brand new caravan in August 2023 that came with many faults. They were quick to sell it to us but after purchase... a NIGHTMARE to have work done on all the faults it came with. Cupboards that open upon driving, crack in shower screen, washing machine not working, all the glued parts falling off. They really messed us around bouncing us to different staff with different answers. Sheralee said our faults would be covered and then they were not!!! Be prepared for surprising bills!!!
