TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude and Disrespectful to there Customers and Clients Overpriced and Don't return CALLS. Evades customers privacy and security!!!! DONT Recommend This Company to anyone!
JayCo was referred to me & I am so glad that they were! Jay is the best & so helpful to work with. Dave & Zack (the ones that did the complicated mess) were fabulous & worked hard to get my issue fixed! Will never use anybody else!
Beware! I own in a condo resort where rooms are electrically serviced in blocks. James showed me pictures of corroded breakers needing to be replaced. My HOA called Jayco and I was blamed for tripping breaker when I was not using the outlet he replaced nor using any extra power as I was asleep when outage occurred. I spoke with another reputable licensed plumber and he said there is no way to place blame on one unit when many units are under the same breaker. Abuse of power to blame me. No integrity.
They never returned my call.
