Went for some help with some warranty issues after phoning them and they said they would assist. My van had no dealers in NT. They told me to send in photos of the issues during my visit to them and after I left they basically ghosted me. I won't be buying a Jayco for my next van.
Such a refreshing experience to deal with compassionate and realistic people. Thank you very much for fixing my leak. I don't have sleep in a wet bed tonight. Extremely appreciated.
Jayco, was lovely to deal with being from interstate and needing to do an insurance quote can be alot but they got us in and sorted within 2 weeks less actually and I would recommend and use again
Easy to navigate around the vans. Had only off-road type mainly. Didn't have what I was interested in.
