Alex @Jayco Canberra, has been our go to sales person for buying our caravan. Its our second caravan with Alex and he has always looked after us. He is full of energy, excited and always fun to deal with. He was always there to provide us the answers to our queries. He would go above and beyond to help us out in multiple occasions. Our 1st email to jayco was January 06 but we didn’t get a response so we called so may times on many occasions they asked us to email our issue again a few times because emails were not getting responded too. We called twice this week and they said they will call back but we never got a call back. They are really hard to get in touch with and get any responses from. We are big business in sydney aswell and just a little advise you should always listen and try help your matters/people.
