Newbies to caravanning, we picked up our new Van from Jayco Auckland yesterday. The phone calls and emails before made for no surprises. Friendly reception, efficient handling of paperwork by Dylan then a complete walkthrough of the van and demonstration of all functions by the wonderful Neville. We know they are there for advice if anything goes wrong.
My experience with Jayco Auckland has been very good- from the initial dealing with the sales person, the office staff, parts department, service personnel and comprehensive 2 hour handover instruction. The Jayco Destiny is very thoughtfully designed and laid out. The only criticism is the lack of external storage for bulky items like outside table & chairs. We recently purchased our new caravan from Jayco Auckland, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Mitch was fantastic to deal with, his knowledge and professionalism really stood out.
