Just visited Jayco Auckland — extremely disappointing experience. I came ready to buy a $200k+ campervan outright. When I politely asked if there was any flexibility in price, the salesperson shut it down immediately and told me to “keep browsing,” as if he couldn’t wait for me to leave. Little did he know that with one signature I could buy the entire branch he works in. Not the level of service you’d expect when making such a major investment. Definitely rethinking where I take my business.
We simply cannot fault the after sales support from jayco Auckland over the years, Easily fitted me in for services and even helped explain how to operate everything. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get into the Caravan scene.
Well what a roller coaster ride it’s been! We bought a 2018 Jayco Silverline caravan in mid-June 2025 from Jayco Auckland in plenty of time for our long-term adventure due to start in October, or so we thought. We actually had to wait another 3 months before we could even use our caravan for the first time due to multiple and ongoing faults, one of which was fairly major.
