We got a part for caravan which was wrong rang the next day spare parts lady said bring it back for refund and we got the right part she couldn’t be more helpful would reckamend to any best customer service we have had for a while
What a wonderful experience. Bought a brand new Jayco Discovery Caravan and got to pick it up just before Christmas. Jonno in sales was so helpful from the day we set foot at Jayco Albury Wodonga to the day we picked it up. The hand over was so good and the rest of the team made us feel so welcomed. This is definitely one of the best experiences we have ever had purchasing a new caravan.
3 weeks ago, we Queenslanders were travelling from Jervis Bay to Wodonga, just for o/nite stay. Google maps took us outskirts of Goulburn were it took us to a 2.7 metre underpass bridge on Sloane road. We had never neasured height of our existing Starcraft Bushpack van.. A car was right behind us, couldnt brake so it took off our air con cover and it fractured our 2nd hatch. When hubby went back to under bridge it was a cemetry for van air cons.
