There are obvious problems with the service department. I phoned them to book my motorhome in for repairs—no answer. The next day, someone contacted me only to advise that he wasn't from the service department and they'd gone home for the day. I have no idea why he phoned me if he couldn't make a booking. He advised me that he'd get them to phone me. No call came, so I phoned them again a couple of days later during business hours, and the call went to reception instead of the service department. From the start, Wendy and Kelly were great when we visited the store. We got all the information we needed to make the right choice and great service. They were happy to accomodate and push back delivery to when it suited us best. We had amazing communication from Kylie the whole time and prompt email responses with any follow ups, stages or questions we had and Harry at the handover process was very knowledgeable and bubbly.
