So far so good, I purchased a new caravan in 2025 sight unseen, Wendy was very helpful through that process, the teething problems with the van so far have been handled well by the service team, (I'd list them all but don't want to spell their names incorrectly). Overall, the delivered product and after sales support has been better than expected. It's a nice new facility and the people working there seem to care about the product and customers, which is quite unique in a large company. Hoping it stays working this way.
Service centre leaves a lot to be desired. Sent them a detailed list of things. Came in a month early to confirm them, left them the vehicle for 3 days they did half the work, didn’t order a lot of the parts to do the job and have ignored me multiple times trying to get simple parts sent via mail which they agreed to.
Wendy and Harry were great. Helpful and very friendly, glad I went with Jayco.
