I purchased a Jayco last year, the whole experience has been terrible. Spoke to a person at tweed heads service department today to get some things fixed and he told me he won’t do it because i already had things fixed at Brisbane. Absolute joker and Jayco as a company don’t seem to care once you have purchased a caravan from them.
We travelled from Brisbane to speak to a Jayco representative specifically about a particular model and were told “we won’t order that model until Jayco designs it correctly” Jayco corporate, I’m not sure your brand is being represented well at this dealership you may want to make some more enquires about this review. We will not be back there, ever.
