Appalling customer service. They had an awning part and said they could fit it. 15 minute job. Spent 40 mins and couldn’t do it because they couldn’t get a screw out. Charged over $60 for nothing. Husband removed screw with an angle grinder in 5 minutes. Called them wanting to drop by on our way through on Saturday to have part fitted. A 15 minute job. Refused to see us. Disgusting service!!!
Jayco Cairns were very helpful with some recent additions to our Jayco Pod XL whilst on our trip around Aus. Sharon and Jacinta were very accommodating with helping us get a shower awning fitted that we had freighted from NSW and the workshop guys went above and beyond to help us put together and install a stone guard. Very friendly and helpful team here at Jayco Cairns, can definitely recommend.
Service in store is fantastic, but when I had an issue with the fridge programming first use of the van, I felt like the service stopped there. Was given a number to call to fix the issue.
The staff at Jacyo Cairns were super friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and would recommend this team.
