A big thank you to Jacinta and the service team at Jayco Cairns. We are Perth based and currently doing the Big Lap, on entering ‘sunny’ Queensland we experienced plenty of wet weather and discovered a leak in our Motorhome Luton peak. Knowing we had some time in Cairns we contacted Jayco Cairns and they fitted us in to their busy schedule. They also fixed a couple of other minor items for us. Great communication and customer service. We highly recommend and are very glad we chose a Jayco.
We have had an issue with our Jayco motorhome that other dealers could not resolve. Jacinta was outstanding at organising the repair through head office and the boys on the floor did an amazing job. Thanks Jayco Cairns.

Thank you Jayco Cairns Team. We picked up our 2026 19'6 Adventurer last week and it was a very positive and pleasurable time. I would like to thank our salesman Josh, it was not easy taking over and managing a sale from another Team member who had left. Josh was every bit on the ball he had researched what we had organised including add on etc.... and made the transition from one salesman to himself an seamless and enjoyable process. We had a minor problem with our hot water heater in our 2015 Jayco Journey on our trip up to Cairns and needed it rectified before we continued on our trip to the Cape. We rang Jayco Cairns early in the morning and they told us to drop in on our way into Cairns! We did so and a service man immediately had a look at the problem and gave us the advice needed to sort it in about 10 minutes. The office ladies were so friendly and helpful as was all the staff.
