Went to Jaco dealership to buy what I thought would be two pretty obscure parts for my Jayco Conquest 20.1 motorhome. I was amazed that they had both! A smallish dealership, but the accessory department was very comprehensive. Can't comment on repairs or vehicle sales as I didn't need either.
Absolutely appalling management at Edmonton. The actual staff on the floor are great they can only do what they can. I made contact with Jayco corporation. Only to be shafted again. I would recommend not buying a Jayco product at all. For a 2024 new Bush Pack Caravan I should leave it in the bush or in there driveway. This is a very late review but better late than ever. We were travelling through on our way south and had damaged the awning on our caravan. It was Friday afternoon before the long weekend and the wonderful staff in the repair section fitted us in. Organised a new awning, arranged all the paperwork with NRMA and replaced the awning that day to get us on our way. Fantastic service and lovely helpful staff. Highly recommend you guys.
