She is amazing
We started seeing Jaycee like 3-4 years ago. Her entire office has always been incredibly friendly and intelligent. They are always listening and whenever we have needed anything between visits, they are fast. They’ve made some accommodations for my family that other medical offices have not, I say that to say they are actively listening and thinking on how to make my life better. Jaycee, Deanna, and the entire staff at Dothan West are the most amazing people you will ever meet. I have never waited longer than 2 minutes to be put in a room. They listen to you and do not push things off. I would recommend anyone needing a primary care physician to give them a call!
Jaycee is very attentive & caring and has been very helpful during each appointment! I expressed to her that I faint when getting bloodwork, and she stayed in the room with me while the nurse was getting my bloodwork done! I really appreciate her compassion for her patients!! I recommend her to everyone! She is suuuper attentive and listens to what I say more than any other provider I’ve ever been to.
