This is a high-quality operation. I was in the area from out town I needed service while over the road. Angie, the operations manager, keeps the schedule well organized. I could tell from the first call it was going to be a well oiled machine. They have excellent relationships with their parts vendors, as my repairs items arrived quickly during the repair. Great experience here. I chatted with Jay while his team quickly gave my 2000 Nissan an oil change. His prices are absolutely fair and he is upfront about them. I received a complimentary point-to-point inspection and to my relief, was given recommendations without any pressure. Demorest is lucky to have such a stellar repair shop! Thanks JayBirdz Garage!

Jay is very easy to work with. He was very responsive, thorough and efficient from the time I reached out, to the completion of the repair. They’ve earned our business the next time anything goes wrong with any of our vehicles. Give them a call if you want people that are easy to work with and affordable as well.

These folks know how to take care of their customers! I have used them twice and both times they were very friendly, very understanding of my personal situation, and very accommodating to the appointment times I needed to get my car worked on. I personally wont be going anywhere else for my repairs. Thank you guys for all of your hard work to help our community stay on the road!
