Waited one week for Tilleys to call me after they said they'd call and I never heard from them. Took my bike to JayBirds and the service was outstanding. They're friendly and very fair on the pricing. From now on they will be the only ones to service my bike.
Great and friendly service and fair labor rates. Will be back.
