They are liars! I called the office prior and confirmed with the doctor that my husbands office visit would be billed as a physical with no amount owing. The receptionist told me I have nothing to pay, she originally wanted to bill me $40 for the office visits. Super disorganized and messy. There’s no standard and everyone says something different. I received a $249 from my insurance because of this. Dr. Rasar Raju is a scammer. And when I call the billing department, they just hang up. Extremely rude!
