I feel very safe and trust Dr. Jay. She is kind, empathetic and skillful. She is very proactive and thorough regarding test restuls while explaining all options and possibilities. I never feel rushed or pressured . I have recommended other friends to Dr. Jay and they are very pleased, as well.
She was 40 minutes late to my appointment. She apologized, but I felt the appointment was rushed. I had a colposcopy done, and I felt she took a sample without taking time to look at my cervix to see if a sample really needed to be taken. A few days after I experienced heavy bleeding and tried to get in contact with her. Her tone and attitude during that phone conversation made me feel disrespected, and I decided to seek treatment at another office. I never received results of my colposcopy.
