I was put on a low dose chemo med no explanation of what the drug was or the side effects. My eyebrows started to fall out and I had such bad mouth sores I can't sleep. When I called they sent in more steroids I drove hours to my appointment they didn't tell me to reschedule. I said so I have to live with ra and be on disability or take meds that take a toll on your body and not have any support when the effects happen. They gave me a steroid shot which has nothing to do with the sores because they happened because my cells ... read more

Absolutely cold, distant, abrupt and uncaring. Staff all mimic the Doctor!

I cannot call, say hello, or anything else without receiving a bill. It is bad enough that ever since the unaffordable care act was passed, by premiums have tripled, deductibles have quadrupled, and co-pays are through the roof, on top of all of that this doctor will send you a tremendous bill in the mail, even for a 5 minute visit. I can never afford her bill, so I have to break it up into monthly payments. I have never seen such greed. At any rate, I am going to stop seeing her, and just have my primary care doctor take ca... read more

The staff was not very friendly. They don't like questions, and you feel like you have done something wrong asking one. Even when you are friendly the staff are not. As other reviews have said they are not professional. They lack compassion. Dr. Sinha herself was nice and professional. She took time to answer my questions.

She is very thorough and explains everything. She very easy to understand and has a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend her. And another thing. I live in Roswell and it’s a two hour drive.my follow up appointment is going to be a video chat which is great!

Dr. Sinha is friendly, courteous, kind and competent. She has been my rheumatologist since September 2015. Her knowledge is vast and she unfailingly explains things clearly. The staff is courteous and helpful. Phone calls are returned the same day. The medical assistant is very helpful. Other personnel may seem aloof at first, but all are pleasant and keep the patients' best interests at the forefront of the practice.

She throws medications out like they are candy without discussing them with the client. Her assistant has no bedside manner. Staff act bothered with any communication and get angry if you try to manage your care. I had an allergic reaction to a medication that sent me to ER but no one bothered returning my call after I left a message. Poor communication by all staff. You are herded in like cattle. Seems as though you are there for billing purposes only.

The first visit or two went well but it just went downhill from there. The office staff couldn't be bothered to return calls or relay any questions or concerns to the doctor. The doctor didn't ever seem concerned with the side effects I was suffering from due to the drugs she prescribed. I eventually ended up in ICU for several days because I had severe reactions to those drugs. If you need a rheumatologist I would strongly urge you to look in Lubbock or even Albuquerque...

There is a pretty appalling lack of professionalism in this office. The staff is quite cold and impersonal. It is quite difficult to get a call returned and there is usually some anger at being bothered (this has happened several times). Dr. Sinha works with some patients who are quite ill and prescribes medications that are quite dangerous...one would think that there would be some compassion and concern on behalf of her and her staff. I was hospitalized and she wasn't available...one example.
