Besides the weird hours, it's a coin flip 50/50 whether you're actually going to get seen. My wife switched PCPs after 3 last-minute cancelled appointments, I switched PCPs after I arrived in the waiting room and waited for 30 minutes and they never showed up. Update: Amy the receptionist called and yelled at me for calling and saying I'm switching my PCP. See quite a few reviews saying she's rude and unprofessional, so this is worth mentioning.
If I could give a half of a start I would. Amy the front desk receptionist is incredibly rude over the phone, I asked for the office manager and she refuses and says the provider in not and she is not sure when the doctor will be in. She needs an attitude class for phone.
We were assigned this doctors office through insurance and the doctor is very nice but the system is extremely disorganized. It’s been more than 3 days and my husband has been following up to receive a doctors note but there is no call back, follow up, didn’t provide it on the spot as they said they would and have been non engaged with their patients. These are the type of issues that make me lose faith in the health care system.
Amy the receptionist is incredibly rude and accusatory. It was a referral from Doctor on Demand. This office made an appointment for my husband without consulting us, and when I called to cancel it, Amy was rude. She refused to believe we never called to make it an appointment.
