Dr. Jayaram, was caring while taking the time to explain my husband condition and what would be the best treatment plan. His staff Melissa, was kind, efficient and exhibited excellent customer service skills. We highly recommend Dr. Jayaram and will continue to see him for any pulmonary concerns in the future.

I just want to share my experience at this location. My doctor is very attentive very knowledgeable. Very experience. I feel confident in seeing him when I have Pulmonary issues. He is also a nice and sweet doctor.

I got to the office and was told the doctor wasn't in. The nasty receptionist, Roxana told me she tried to contact me but that was not true. She had put my phone number in their system incorrectly. This woman was horrible. She has no business working with the public. The other lady that worked upfront with her was just as nasty. The office nanager was condescending. Dr Jayaram is a kind, attentive, and patient pulmonologist- a rarity in medicine today’s medical arena- like many years ago, he listens, takes his time to answer questions and ensures future follow through appointments! One word that best describes him his Amazing! However, some of his front office staff ( Roxana and office manager Melissa) are rude, Inconsiderate, and will leave you holding in limbo for extensive periods of time- leading to patient’s feeling like their care “doesn’t matter” -total opposite of Dr Jayaram.
