I’ve been a patient of Dr Jayaraj for probably 15 years. I see them at least twice yearly, if not more. I have always had pleasant experiences, whether I saw him or one of the Nurse Practitioners. They are all very thorough. Everyone in the office is friendly, including the doctor, np’s, front office ladies and nutritionist.
What is he so paranoid about?
I’m incredibly disappointed in the way this office handles patient care, especially for elderly patients. My mother-in-law was told by Dr. Jayaraj that her condition was urgent, yet she was put on a waiting list for four months just to make an appointment. She called multiple times, and so did other family members, but nothing ever changed. I personally spoke to the office manager, Tammy Collins, and every time someone from our family called, we were simply told, “she has to wait.” There was no sense of urgency, no compassio... read more
