I’m incredibly disappointed in the way this office handles patient care, especially for elderly patients. My mother-in-law was told by Dr. Jayaraj that her condition was urgent, yet she was put on a waiting list for four months just to make an appointment. She called multiple times, and so did other family members, but nothing ever changed. Today was my first time seeing him. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved Dr Jayraj! He's funny, friendly, helpful, patient and listens. I'm so happy to have found them to help with my diabetes.

The DR is knowledgeable and explains things well. Wait times are another long, I waited an hour past my appt time for a biopsy. The NP in the office is even better! She listens and explains things thoroughly.
