Dr Jaya is knowledgeable, however, she lacks empathy. I did not like her approach, in essence, l couldn’t ask any questions, she wanted to do all the talking. Her strategy as a doctor is to prescribe medications without providing alternative options. While she was thorough in describing my condition, she was not compassionate. She is only laser-focused on suppressing the symptoms with medications and does not think what is causing it. Dr. Jaya is now with Swedish Issaquah and she is awesome. She is very thoughtful, friendly, caring and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her.
