Great Doctor, a very well organized office.
La atención del médico fue excelente. El problema fue la logística. En la información de referido estaba mal el teléfono, la dirección y el nombre del médico lo que me generó demoras y gasto de energía innecesarios sumado a que la secretaria me dio mal el teléfono de fax para mandar el referido lo cual también ocasionó retrasos y comunicaciones administrativas que me llevaron mucho tiempo estando yo enferma fue más difícil aún. The entire staff make you feel comfortable. Dr. Jay is very professional and knowledgeable in his area, a humble person make you feel comfortable. I will recommend him to family and friends.
It’s mind boggling who is writing the positive comments. He walked into the examining room like a Broadway show actor and never asked me one thing about myself / my symptoms / my thoughts. He just never stopped talking. Maybe he spent 4 minutes with me. I was in the middle of a sentence and he walked out of the room!! I always give Dr. Jay (as I call him) 5 stars! He is the best ENT in town in my opinion! I recently went to him for a serious epistaxis situation. He is always so professional and caring. He explains everything in ways where anyone can understand without all the medical jargon. While I was a nervous wreck, he worked quickly and calmly to resolve the problem. Let me not forget to mention his staff. They are top notch also! Always attentive and kind. This is definitely one of the best ENT teams ever!!
