We scheduled an appointment to view a used car and were told it was available - by their wonderful "digital assistant". Only to find upon arrival the car was not ready to be viewed as it was still being looked over by their maintenance crew (we do appreciate that is an important step to make sure cars are ready, so we are glad they at least do that in general) After sitting there for several minutes while the sales man tried to even find the car, we were told "we're still looking it over to make sure we don't sell junk." EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE. Ian was excellent to work with. I bought my car brand new at Jay Wolfe Honda and I've done every maintenance at the service center as well. I brought my car in for a routine check and it came to light that it could potentially be an expensive fix. Ian had great bedside manner in delivering the news.
